This Cookie Management Policy informs you of your rights and the choices available to you regarding the placement of cookies when using the website: https://www.reversecontact.com/ (the "Site").

For any questions about this Cookie Policy, you can contact the Company at dpo@reversecontact.com or at the registered office postal address.

1. Purpose

In accordance with Article 82 of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, implemented in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of July 12, 2002, your consent must be obtained before any action aimed at storing or accessing information on your terminal equipment.

Following Articles 4(11) and 7 of the GDPR relating to the conditions applicable to consent, the CNIL adopted Deliberation no. 2020-091 of September 17, 2020 adopting guidelines on the application of Article 82 of the Act of January 6, 1978 to operations of reading and writing in a user's terminal, as well as Deliberation no. 2020-092 of September 17, 2020 adopting a recommendation proposing practical procedures for compliance in case of recourse to cookies and other trackers.

2. What Is a Cookie?

Cookies are small files containing textual information, generally consisting of letters and numbers. They are placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) via your browser by the website you are visiting.

This operation allows your device to be recognized as soon as a connection is established between the Site's server and your browser. The main purpose of a cookie is to enable the Site's server to adapt content to your personal preferences and personalize your visit.

The Site may use several types of cookies:

Session cookies — Temporary cookies stored in your browser until it is closed. These are mandatory for certain applications or features of the Site to function properly.

Persistent cookies — These remain in your browser for a longer period and allow the transmission of information to a web server each time you visit the Site. They can be used to remember your preferences and choices, or to target advertising. Persistent cookies are also called tracking cookies.

First-party cookies — Installed directly by the Site during your visit to improve your experience.

Third-party cookies — Installed by third parties who may be partners of the Company. These cookies are embedded via a browser by a site different from the one you are visiting, in order to store information locally and track your journey across multiple sites. They are not hosted on the Site.

These cookies are classified into several types: necessary cookies, audience measurement cookies, advertising cookies, social network sharing cookies, and others.

3. What Are Cookies Used For?

Strictly necessary cookies — Essential for the operation of the Site. They allow you to access secure areas such as your cart or personal account.

Analytical or performance cookies — These allow the Company to understand the use and performance of the Site and improve its functioning, for example by identifying the most visited pages.

Functional cookies — These remember the choices you make in order to improve your experience on the Site, such as recognizing you when you return, remembering items in your cart, and providing personalized content based on your preferences.

Advertising cookies — These collect information about your browsing habits to present you with advertisements tailored to your interests. They record your visit to the Site, the pages you have viewed, and the links you have followed. They are also used to limit the number of times you see the same advertisement and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. They are generally placed on the Site by third parties with the permission of the Company.

4. What Cookies Are Present on the Site?

The cookies placed on the Site by the Company are listed in the cookie banner available on the Site.

The Company cannot guarantee the completeness of this list at all times, and undertakes to update it regularly and to alert you in the event of major changes regarding the placement of cookies on the Site.

5. What Personal Data Do Cookies Collect?

The cookies used on the Site may collect the following personal data: IP address, web browser, date and time of visit, operating system, and internet service provider.

6. How Long Is This Data Kept?

Personal data collected through cookies is kept for a maximum period of 24 months. Cookies are themselves kept for a maximum period of 24 months.

7. What Are Your Choices?

7.1 Cookie Banner

Upon your first connection to the Site, a banner informs you of the use of cookies and invites you to accept or refuse them.

Accepting or refusing cookies does not affect your navigation on the Site, except for cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the Site or an online communication service you have requested. These necessary cookies do not require your consent. You are informed that refusing them may expose you to potentially negative effects on normal navigation.

The information banner includes: the identity of the data controller, the specific purposes of the cookies used, and the possibility to withdraw your consent at any time.

In accordance with CNIL Deliberation No. 2020-092 of September 17, 2020, you must be able to accept or refuse cookies with the same degree of simplicity. A button to refuse all cookies is therefore available in the same format and at the same level as the button to accept all cookies.

You also have the option to accept or refuse the placement of each individual cookie (excluding necessary cookies).

The banner will not disappear until you have made a choice. No non-essential cookie will be placed on your browser until you have accepted or refused cookies.

You can revisit your choices at any time by clicking on the cookie banner accessible on the Site.

7.2 Settings via Your Web Browser

You can accept or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Each browser is configured differently — refer to your browser's help menu for instructions.

Firefox — Click the menu button and select "Options". Select the "Privacy" panel. Set the "History" menu to "Use custom settings for history". Uncheck "Accept cookies".

Internet Explorer — Click "Tools", then "Internet Options". Click the "Privacy" tab and move the slider to block or allow cookies, then click OK.

Google Chrome — Select the Chrome menu icon, then "Settings". At the bottom of the page, select "Show advanced settings". Under "Privacy", select "Content settings", then "Block sites from storing data", then OK.

Safari — Click "Settings" > "Safari" > "Privacy" > "Cookies and Website Data". You can delete history and cookies or manage website data from this menu.
